Beacon Awards
Since 2001, MHSCN has offered the Annual Beacon Awards Program to recognize excellence in research, planning, marketing, communications, public relations and community relations.
Dowload our 2010 Beacon Awards brochure and entry form. You are sure to find a category in which to enter your organization’s projects (those from the previous two years are accepted). Members may enter as many times as they wish at a cost of $35 per individual entry. Your $35 entry fee can be paid via check or online with a major credit card.
Entries will be judged by an independent panel of marketing and communication professionals. Winning entries will be recognized and displayed at the MHSCN Summer Conference in July. The deadline for entries is July 30, 2010. Click here for sample applications offered by past Beacon Award winters.
Leadership Recognition
MHSCN sponsors two levels of leadership recognition where you can earn credit for education, work experience and professional involvement: MHSCN Fellow and MHSCN Accredited Member. We also offer The Lighthouse Keeper Award – a special recognition for exceptional service and professionalism.
Members are encouraged to apply for leadership recognition at any time.
