MHSCN Spotlight

When the COVID-19 pandemic began affecting Minnesota in early 2020, those working in health care strategic planning, marketing, public relations and communications rose to meet the challenge. MHSCN members can earn recognition for exceptional work during COVID-19 though the MHSCN Spotlight program.

Rules and regulations


The competition is open to MHSCN members.

Deadline and cost

The entry submission period was ended on Nov. 6.

There was no cost to submit an entry.

Honorees were notified of their selection and presented their work at the MHSCN Spotlight Showcase virtual event.

The MHSCN Spotlight honors exceptional work during COVID-19. Categories of work include, but are not limited to:

  • Communications, public relations or marketing projects (marketing campaign, long or short video series, media effort, etc.)
  • Communications, public relations or marketing challenges and how they were successfully addressed
