Sponsor Testimonial
"It's been a great experience as both a MHSCN sponsor, and board member, to see the positive effect MHSCN has on the people leading healthcare strategy in our state. Collectively, MHSCN members are smart, innovative people. Plus they're actively engaged in creating better health for all Minnesotans. So it's hard not to be inspired, and want to be an equal contributor."
At this particular moment for healthcare in our country, he's grateful to be able to lead health consultancies focused on brand and organizational transformation, including both Hailey Sault, the digital performance marketing firm for health and wellness brands, and The Institute for Healthcare Excellence, creating performance-driven cultures with enhanced well-being, greater stability, and new capacities for growth.
Mike acquired The Institute for Healthcare Excellence last year, and believes it comes alongside Hailey Sault at an inflection point for healthcare in America. Coming out of the pandemic, physicians, nurses and caregivers are experiencing unprecedented pressures, and exist in a system that is largely not constructed to help them. IHE has been transforming healthcare teams and entire organizations by building relational skills that nurture trust, respect, compassion, and teamwork. Through its work, cultures are transformed and a passion for the practice of medicine is renewed. Physicians, nurses, and caregiver teams are returned to a state of thriving and peak performance. An environment of quality, safety, and efficiency is able to flourish. The result is a return to humanity in medicine for providers and patients.
Mike is also co-founder of the Believe in Better Project, an annual workshop bringing together some of North America’s leading health visionaries to perpetuate the continued transformation of a healthcare system in crisis, is co-host of the Hailey Sault “Believe in Better” podcast, and a frequent speaker on the subjects related to brand and cultural transformation.
Away from work, Mike and his family of five live out Hailey Sault’s purpose of “creating a healthy world” by soaking up life between northern Minnesota and Sun Valley, Idaho.
