COVID-19 Considerations
MHSCN is closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation in Minnesota and has developed a safety plan for our fall conference in line with local, state and federal guidance. Because the situation is changing rapidly, we will be reviewing the safety plan periodically in advance of the event to ensure it reflects the most accurate information.
By registering to attend MHSCN’s fall conference, you are attesting that you will follow the most current version of the safety plan on the day of the event.
View the Safety Plan
In-person attendees will be required to wear a mask and provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination upon arrival. Breakfast and lunch will be provided for in-person attendees in grab-and-go format with social distancing requirements in place. See the safety plan for more specific details.
Virtual attendees will receive copies of presentations in advance of the conference along with a voucher for a lunch option and a MHSCN swag bag. Virtual attendees will receive access to a livestream of the conference with Q&A functionality. An emcee will help relay questions to speakers on the ground.
We are excited to offer this hybrid conference model to meet the needs of our members and event attendees. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to plan a safe event.
