On behalf of Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota and ED Design, Adrienne Foley, of Foley Outsource Communications, accepted the Best of Show award for their work on the Children’s annual report.
Their entry received the highest rating among all entries, and was also awarded the gold award for publications/annual report at the 2013 MHSCN Award of Excellence ceremony.

Mary Rains, Mille Lacs Health System marketing manager, won the gold award for excellence in writing at the 2013 MHSCN Award of Excellence ceremony.
Mary had inspiring content for her award-winning piece, “Hands in Haiti.” She spent a Saturday interviewing clinicians from Mille Lacs Health System who flew to Haiti after the devastating earthquake in 2010.
“They had no idea what they were going to find, or how they were going to help, they only knew they couldn’t not go,” Mary said of the staff members who traveled to Haiti. Continue Reading …
